Today I played the Triton ONE × QQPK Genesis Ticket Freeroll, hoping to secure a place in the top 14 and advance to the next stage. Unfortunately, my run ended in 127th place out of 385 players. 😔

One of the key hands came when I was holding A♣6♣. I got involved in a big pot against an opponent with A♦J♦.

The board ran out Q♥ 3♠ K♦ 8♦ 7♣. Unfortunately, I couldn't improve, while my opponent made a stronger hand with ace-high and a king-high straight? No — the final board gave my opponent ace-high, with no pair, but the A♦J♦ hand had the better kicker. I lost a massive pot of around 23.59 BB, which left me in a difficult position.

It's disappointing to miss the top 14, especially when a ticket to the next stage is on the line. Still, every tournament is a chance to gain experience, review important decisions, and come back stronger.

I'll keep grinding and working toward that next deep run. Hopefully, the next attempt brings a better result! 💪🍀

Back to the tables! 🔥
