Today I managed to make a deep run in the $3.3 Strike Rush Hunter 7 [10BB] $150 GTD, reaching the final table and finishing 4th out of 42 players. The result: $10.61 in prize money + $5.44 in bounties, with 5 knockouts along the way. 💥
The final table was especially memorable. With only a few big blinds, every decision becomes extremely important. You constantly have to balance risk and the opportunity to build your stack — there’s no room to simply wait for premium hands.
One of the toughest hands was with pocket tens. On the board 9♥ 10♥ 6♣ 8♠ 4♥, I managed to make a set, but my opponent holding A7 completed a straight. Those hands hurt, especially at the final table when every lost chip can mean several positions.
But that’s exactly what gives you experience. The key is not to dwell on bad beats, but to keep making the best decisions possible over the long run.
📈 Final result:
🏆 4th place out of 42
💰 $10.61 in prize money
🎯 $5.44 in bounties

Overall, it was a great result and another valuable experience playing short-stack / bounty hunter formats. We keep moving forward — the goal is simple: next time, take down 1st place! 🥇
